We're building a Southern Oregon crew of reliable, fun, hardworking people for weddings, concerts, festivals, winery events, private parties, corporate events and all kinds of other functions.

This isn't your typical job application, and we're not interested in asking you 47 boring questions.

We really want to know three things:

Who are you? What are you good at? And can we count on you when you say you're going to be there?

Event opportunities will vary, and you can accept the ones that work with your schedule.

Setup / Breakdown — starting around $20/hrTables, chairs, décor, supplies and getting an event ready—or putting everything away afterward. Cleanup Crew — starting around $20/hrHelping get the venue cleaned up and back in order after an event. Kitchen Support — starting around $21/hrHelping with basic food prep, dishes, supplies, cleanup and supporting the kitchen or catering team. Bartender — starting around $25/hr+Preparing and serving drinks and providing guest service. An Oregon OLCC Alcohol Service Permit is required for alcohol-service assignments. Event Captain / Crew Lead — starting around $26/hr+Leading the crew, communicating with the event contact and handling problems without falling apart when things get chaotic.

Pay rates are anticipated starting rates while the company is being developed and may vary depending on the assignment and experience.

I'm the one taking charge when nobody knows what's happening. Give me instructions and I'll get it done. I'm the social one—I can talk to pretty much anybody. I'm the behind-the-scenes person who notices what needs to be done. Put me wherever you need me. I'll figure it out.

An event suddenly gets chaotic. What's your natural reaction?

Jump in and start solving problems. Find whoever is in charge and ask what they need. Stay focused on my job and don't add to the chaos. Honestly, chaos stresses me out a little. Chaos is kind of where I thrive.

If I say I'm coming, I'm there. Period. Very reliable—life happens, but missing work is rare for me. Pretty reliable, but my schedule can change sometimes. My schedule is unpredictable right now.

It's Saturday. You accepted an event two weeks ago, but now your friends invite you somewhere you'd rather go. What are you doing?
